How It Works

Thanks for your bulk purchase! Here's the simple step-by-step process so you get exactly the custom merch you want:

  1. Complete Your Purchase You select the product type (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies), quantity (bulk sizes for better pricing), colors, sizes, and any other options, then checkout and pay. This locks in your discounted bulk rate and reserves your order.
  2. Upload Your Picture/Design , use the upload Button, Before payment
    • Use high-resolution files (PNG, JPG, or PDF recommended; at least 300 DPI for best print quality). Transparent backgrounds if possible
    • A good sized image should be your album art 3000x3000 pixels but not nesecary 
    • If you need help resizing, cropping, or prepping the file, just reply to the email—I'm here to assist!
  3. I Review & Place the Order Once I receive your upload, I'll review it for print readiness (quality, sizing, colors, placement, etc.). We usually get back to you within 1 business day, and no later than 2 business days, to confirm everything looks good or suggest any quick adjustments. After your approval (or any fixes), I forward the final design to my trusted printers who handles production.
  4. Production & Shipping Your items are custom-printed in a batch (usually 3- 5 days in production and 13 to 15 business days, depending on volume and my printer's current queue—I'll keep you updated with tracking). They ship directly to you (or your chosen address) once ready.
