Rayzor Merch specializes in custom print-on-demand merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and bulk collections for artists and music lovers. Because our products are personalized and made specifically to your order, we have a limited return and refund policy to align with our fulfillment partners' guidelines.
What We Accept Returns/Refunds For:
- Manufacturing defects, misprints, damage during shipping, or incorrect items received (e.g., wrong design printed, damaged product).
- Claims must be submitted within **30 days** of delivery (or estimated delivery date for lost packages).
- To file a claim: Email us at rayzormerch@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. No need to return the item unless requested.
- If approved (based on our review and fulfillment partner confirmation), we will provide a free reprint/replacement (our preferred resolution) or a full refund to your original payment method.
What We Do NOT Accept Returns/Refunds For:
- Change of mind, wrong size chosen, wrong color/style selected, or buyer remorse.
- Custom or personalized items (including all album art-hosted merch and bulk collections) — these are final sale once production begins.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Any issues reported after the 30-day window.
Bulk Collections: All bulk orders are custom and made-to-order. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted except in cases of proven manufacturing defects as outlined above.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed and production has started (which typically begins immediately). If you need to cancel before production, contact us immediately — we will review on a case-by-case basis, but no guarantees.
Refunds Process:
- Approved refunds (for defects) are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order qualifies as defective/lost.
- Refunds go to the original payment method.
