At Rayzor Merch, all items are custom print-on-demand (POD) and made to order. We partner with trusted fulfillment providers to deliver quality merchandise.

Processing Time:
- Production and preparation: 3–5 business days (most orders ship within 5 days; may be longer during peak seasons or high demand).

Estimated Total Delivery Time:
- Approximately 13–15 days from order placement to customer delivery for standard orders to Canada and the USA (includes processing + transit).
- This is an estimate based on typical fulfillment and carrier performance—actual times can vary due to location, volume, weather, holidays, or customs (for cross-border shipments).

Shipping Details:
- Free standard shipping to all addresses in Canada and the USA.
- International shipping available outside Canada/USA (rates calculated at checkout).
- Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, USPS, or equivalent partners (tracking number provided when available).

- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for delays or lost packages after tracking confirms delivery.
- Report any shipping issues (delays, damage, lost) within 30 days of estimated delivery date.
